Leading Greatly through Constant Change


Wanting to become the best version of yourself including taking your personal leadership to your next level might be an “easy” and almost a given choice in today`s world. Right?

However, soon you realize that it`s NOT that easy. It`s actually very difficult! Both practically, physically and emotionally! Even totally overwhelming at times.

And you may feel that it actually ends up adding stress to your already stressed life!

Your personal “why” as a leader?

So why would you want to embrace your leading role and explore your potential for real? And not only that, knowing you`ll need to keep doing it and keep showing up for yourself and others potentially for the rest of your work life? Even lifetime?

Why? Because with the constantly changing working environment and life, and with the constant change that appears to be surrounding each one of us, we still have the option to choose to become our best version of self as we already are in the arena called life.

And because unless, we consciously make the choice to take the leap and risk being vulnerable, be brave and risk making an error, we also risk obtaining new knowledge so that we can create new opportunities for real growth and lasting change. Unless we do this we will get more of what we have (which is not that great) and ultimately stay stuck or loose out on ourselves both as an individual, community and society.

We`ll get more of poor leadership and live our lives more “poorly” not necessarily when it comes to our financial income. All though that may also happen…

But we will, I believe, become “poor” in the sense of our performance and purpose, feelings and wellbeing. We will personally continue to loose out on what`s the purpose with our lives and so will the people around us.

That is why we need to make the choice to want to change and do something different. Just so that we can get different results and become the great leaders that we were meant to! Both in our personal lives and as leaders leading others. Leading based not solely upon selfishness, but based upon our core values, ethics and a good intention which is to do common good and keep making the difference great!

Yes, I believe each one of us can make a difference! It`s a matter of choice and we have been given the right to choose what we engage our thoughts and feelings into. And we may also choose what we believe in and how we act.

However, we may also be both right and wrong, right?

Can you learn Great leadership?

Yes, you can!

Yes, it is absolutely something you can learn as long as you believe learning is something your brain is created to do? And you are willing to seek out the “how to`s” and just go for it!

Pursue what you want and learn how to let go of the other “stuff” that so easily creates a lot of “noise” both inside of our own mind, and in our surroundings.

Sometimes it takes a difficult situation to happen og maybe even a very scary “wake-up” call for us to pursue new learning, and adjust our thinking and belief systems. Either way, remember to seek help and understanding as this will empower you through your learning process.

How do I “Lead Greatly through Constant Change”?

I`m genuinely passionate about giving everyone the opportunity to become the best version of themselves! – Being introduced to Energy Psychology (EP), NLP coaching and Thought Field Therapy (TFT) has made a huge difference in my life, and I`d love for others to get the same opportunity!

I also embrace the traditional health system and would love to see more cooperation between both traditional and complementary health care providers in general.

Loosing your “groove”?

Staying motivated and inspired through constant change can be extremely stressful, and it may influence not only our performance negatively as a leader. It may over time also influence our relationships and our personal health in a negative manner. Thus it is extremely important to seek balance when imbalance occur, and to seek learning when lack of knowlede in new areas of growth are being “revealed” to you.

However, sometimes our ego gets to us and in the way of our personal growth, and affect our personal or professional leadership skills. This happens frequently when we listen to the potentially negative critical inner voice or receive negative feedback from others, including social media etc.

Learning to give and receive negative feedback as well as positive feedback, is one step closer to great leadership. It is also something that will change us and our surroundings in a positive and/or negative manner.

As a registered member of Norwegian National Homeopathic Practitioner Association (NLH) and the Brønnøysund Register Centre I keep myself updated wrt. professional practices as much as possible.

I also keep up to date on recent research through ACEP (Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology) and findings as much as a can in addition to my work- life- and client experiences.  

Applications of Energy Psychology (EP)

EP applications incorporate into the treatment process natural energetic components that include but are not limited to meridians, chakras, biofields, and bio-electrical and electromagnetic activity of the body, nervous system and heart. EP practitioners often combine cognitive and physical interventions with activation of one or more of the human bioenergy systems. Some practitioners focus upon the way in which thought and intention are expressed in the bioenergy system, and explore the therapeutic value of the precise use of language and congruent intention.

EP approaches adapt and integrate easily into most psychotherapy models, healthcare orientations, and models of performance enhancement. EP approaches are often exceedingly rapid, have little to no adverse effects, are usually experienced as self-empowering by clients and patients, and are easily amenable to self-help protocols.

In the clinical world, EP models have been beneficially applied to the assessment and treatment of trauma, anxiety, depression, pain, stress, psychophysiological issues, and self-sabotaging behaviors by a broad range of healthcare providers to regulate affect and promote emotional and physical health. Treatment results have been shown to be enduring and relatively rapid.

There are currently over 100 research studies, including 50 randomized controlled trials published in professional and refereed

journals, confirming the treatment value of EP. Taken as a body of knowledge, these findings suggest that EP meets the criteria for evidenced-based treatment. In fact, in 2016, TFT (Thought Field Therapy) was validated by NREPP (the National Repertory of Evidence Based Practices and Procedures, a division of SAMHSA in the U.S.) as an evidence-based treatment. In the coaching and performance world, EP models have been beneficially applied in many areas of performance enhancement, including sports, education, business, and lifestyle issues related to weight management, relationships, and finance.
